Honestly this needs to go viral. EA have made a decision not to reply to this (I suspect they told their mods not to respond as they don’t have a fix). This should go viral for how toxic the customer service has been.

this is true they will lose alot of money not fixing the problem people need it fixing its not fair and its pssing alot of people fix ur god damn game
