I have this issue but with the 'star destroyer' map. It is my last Multiplayer challenge and I've won as defender on that map multiple times, same issue.
Shows as completed in 'post-game' screen and incomplete and unable to collect under Career Tab

I’ve got the same problem, described by other players in the previous pages, with The Defender milestone: I complete it, it shows completed on the post game screen, but when I go to the Career tab it is still incomplete, and I did not get the reward. (Patch 1.2 on PS4)
This is very frustrating, as this milestone takes a very long time to obtain.
