how do i upgrade palpatine? ive got blue cards x3 base level of 32 and crafting partsx 800. it says i need card level 20 for him? how the * do i get that? hero crates x 10000000 until a random for him drops?
- Approvedbtw if it wasnt clear, im trying to get epic card upgrades but cant increase his card level... currently at lvl 14 and no way to get to 20.... omease help... any1.
