Unlinked my EA account from my PS5 account and now i lost my account
Hello, I recently got suspended from my main playstation account and didn’t want to lose my progress on battlefront after switching to my alternate. I wanted to play with my current level so i thought of unlinking my EA account from my main playstation account. I didn’t know that an EA account can only be linked to a playstation account once, EVER. So once i tried linking my EA account to my alternate psn, it didn’t let me. I then tried to log back into my main psn and it gave me a message saying i won’t be able to pair my accounts together until January 4th, 2026. Is there a number to call to re link my accounts together or do i seriously have to wait this long. Any response and help would be appreciated thanks.

Unfortunately we can't help with account issues like linking here on the forums, but you could try reaching out to our live support team to see if they could make an exception regarding an early unlink.
