Want to refund Battlefront II PC Pre-Order after being charged

In-order to refund your pre-order for STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT II ELITE TROOPER DELUXE EDITION, you have to refer to: "Returns and cancellations" You can directly find this page for your region by heading to help.ea.com and search for "Returns and cancellations"

Regarding if you are unaware you can still pre-order on another platform but you do not get any bonus's for early access.

Refund policy for PC and Mac downloads

You may return EA full game downloads (PC or Mac) and participating third party titles purchased on Origin for a full refund.

Send EA a refund request within the following timeframes:

• Within 24 hours after you first launch the game
• Within 7 days from your date of purchase
• Within 7 days from the game's release date if you pre-ordered

If you buy a new EA game within the first 30 days of its release date and can’t play it due to technical reasons within EA’s control, you can request a refund within 72 hours after you first launch the game instead of 24.

Visit the Request a Refund page (Home / Origin - Great Game Guarantee) and see if any of your games are eligible for the Great Game Guarantee. (In a blue box it should say any eligible games for refund) 

Origin stand by their games. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, they will make it right. Review the full policy details on origin.com.

Alright. So I can't request the refund until the 10th then. How likely are they to accept my refund request if I just plan on switching consoles? 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase on a Platform and wish to cancel your pre-order and go to another platform and play there they will be most certainly happy to assist you with the highest of your satisfaction and your gaming experience.

its the 13th now, and i can't refund Battlefront II. It doesn't qualify as a refundable Game in the Refund Page.

So does that mean EA ripped me off?

It's technically still in pre-order status. I want my refund too. I'll just call my CC company and block the transaction.

Same here and I won't be around do it within 7 days, so yeah looks like a rip off.
