8 years agoHey @3APOANHY so that error message has nothing to do with the account and a software on your system stopping Origin to commnicate.
Try porting the origin ports on your firewall and router, this is to see if its network program stopping the commuinuication.
Here are the ports: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/
Also worth to do is a clean boot your PC, this is to see if there is a program stopping.
Here is a link on how you do it: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
I hope this information helps.🙂

Didn't work either but i was told by support it could be because my processor doesnt meet the minimum requirements, but i don't see why that would give me an error about connection.

Hey @3APOANHY
Can you upload a DXDiag to us.
What kind of internet do you use?
How to make a DXDIAG: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
