This sounds quite unusual for an issue with connectivity, however we cannot exclude such possibility 🤭 (no rhyme intended)
My first suggestion would be to power cycle your console and reset it with keeping your games and apps.
Then I would check perform some connectivity troubleshooting steps. You can find a very useful article about connectivity issues here.

Have been through all troubleshooting steps suggested and my Xbox and modem/router are powered off at the wall every night.
Played yesterday afternoon with no issues(mainly Starfighter assault) and again last night (Galactic Assault) whereby the message appeared again (Slow internet speed, may effect your gameplay etc.) had 3 bars -none red- on the graphic and no problems playing the game. As usual at this time of night, players left the game causing me to quit as well and join another game. In the new game the slow internet message never appeared.
