I experience those bugs every time I play as him. The main ones are
- getting stuck in HM even through I am hitting R1/L1
- HM starts the animation then stops, my HM gauge is half full but I can still move, but can't run, and attack but can't use HM until the gauge empties, then I can use it.
- Retribution takes 3-4 presses to activate. It doesn't catch all opponents within its radius. I've even had all 4 villains with their back to me emoting, not blocking, everyone is on a level surface, activate it and it'll miss 1-2 of them.
- Passionate strike is clunky and slow, and easy to evade. They should've made it 1-2 fast swipes from side to the side.
To answer your question about if they're going to fix Anakin - No, we're stuck with what we have with this game. DICE, EA, and/or Lucasfilm/Disney felt it was more important to focus on 70 Clone skins, multiple emote wheels, and Jump Pack Cargo and Ewok Hunt to work on the issues this game has had since launch.

So, Guillaume Mroz is inept at balancing the characters and giving Anakin no buff. The only point he should have nerfed from Anakin prime was the maximum damage Heroic Might would do to troopers. Below I explain a little more about how bad Anakin is.
Look:
Darth Vader has the largest Blaster Deflection of 2121 while Anakin has a mere 1400 Blaster Deflection. In addition Vader can increase his Deflection blaster to about 2500 with the card Surround by fear and also decrease the stamina of deflection and blaster by 25% with the card Deflection Stamina, Vader still has 14 melee deflection while Anakin had the same value was nerfed to 10.
In other words, Anakin, in addition to the bugs we all know, is a character inferior to almost any hero and villain. Dice EA in every update has nerfed him to the ground, that no matter what card you equip him with will not make him good enough in HvV. Massive Strike received unnecessary nerf, as did Tenacious and Pressure. In addition, the Steamroll card is useless, as it does not lower the cost of any skill or reduce the strength of Anakin.
Whatever it is, I will not buy any more games from EA Dice, precisely because of their lack of respect with Anakin and us who play with him. On the market we have the best developers like Rocksteady and NetherRealm that deliver fantastic and bug-free games like Injustice 1 and 2, Batman series Arkham; and every time I got in touch with them I always had excellent support, different from EA Dice, which have a very bad quality level, and I don't blame Dice so much for that, but EA.
