Where can I preorder Battlefront II 2017 (non-physical copy) in English?

Else, when will it be available again on Amazon UK store?

Unfortunately I can't buy it on Origin, because I won't get English dubbing then, even though I'm paying the same price (60$) as people in wealthier countries,

and yes it very much feels RACIST. If I don't get an answer I'm either not gonna buy it at all or I'll be forced to buy it second hand/pray for it to come back on Amazon UK in time so it can still count as a preorder. It is really a shame that I can't buy it through Origin with the extreme overprice that is there because I also won't get English dubbing.

Anyways, mark this as a historical moment: Battlefront 2 is back on Amazon UK! Before the game has been released!

So there was hope, I just lost it all in the process. Still kinda pissed how I almost wouldn't get to play the game because of how EA treats us, because yes, I wouldn't have bought it in Poland with just Polish dubbs even if you ******* paid me to do so. Not gonna lie they don't sound so bad I might try them out but as a longshot I'd much rather play it in English.

Personally I wanna see how EA keeps up to hire voice actors for all these different languages there'll be to add voice lines for DLC heroes. I'm just saying that because a lot of EA games have a record of not even having Polish subtitles added for the DLCs and it would be * to say the least to have some heroes speak in Polish and some in English or not at all :P and you cannot just stop supporting dubbing after you spend so much money on it and a lot of people get used to it.

Anyways, hey, support guys: if you wanna be helpful in any way (because you were largely unhelpful here, for example telling me to order something into Poland where it clearly states on the same page you have sent me that it cannot be delivered outside UK) then at least direct feedback to EA for we won't buy their games and be scoffed by them, I don't choose the price tag you put on these games and I think 59$ is expensive enough for me to get the same package as everyone else. Not all of my friends are even able to get their stuff from Amazon so that simply decided that they won't buy this game. Next time you try to pull this off I'm not gonna go out of my way to get the game from Amazon oh no, I simply won't buy any more games from you, thanks. I only cared so much about this one because original SWBF2 was the game of my life.

Ofcourse, I don't blame you guys here trying to be helpful (while failing miserably) for it, because you have no saying in this matter, the best you can do is help us find another way or show EA our complaints just as they saw with the microtransactions (although still P2W, they require to play the game now at least from what has been said).

All in all, have a good day, my problem is resolved, although my point still stands and the issue is there.

    "Supported languages

    Polski"

It seems to be indicative of something else, I tried changing my country of origin on my Origin account as well but it still charges be in my currency and only shows Polish as supported language.

I've been to the trusted retailers list and I didn't find anything useful per say other than getting a retail from UK, which is at a reasonable price and doesn't have too long of a delivery time (but they sold it out it seems and now I have to wait if they'll have more empty boxes to sell with a code in them :P that's the only one they deliver anywhere outside UK).

I'd much rather to buy it online but it doesn't seem like any of these retailers would let me do that except for Ubisoft and Valve, but they do not have Battlefront 2 2017 in their offers.

So that's definetely not a solution for me, it'd be helpful if EA would find more trusted retailers and add them to that list so I can use them and be sure that I get 100% the thing I paid for OR stop treating Poland like if we are paying less for our games. Sure we might be paying less than Germany for example, but it's literally ONE DOLLAR LESS than any American pays and it doesn't help in buying any games.

Also, yes - Polish dubbs are that bad that I won't buy the game because of them, so it is really a big problem.

Can we bring back arts to Electronic Arts? Coz I really feel offended by this point, feels like living in the middle of Africa and not middle of Europe, or at least that's what EA belives.

  • I am still wondering why this is a big deal to answer why EA treats polish pc players like the worst of a kind. Is it so hard to give us a choice? Why Polish pc players have to pay the full price for incomplete game? David can you answer that?

@Grzesi0_o I understand you're passionate, but I'll ask you to not use such loaded phrasing as it doesn't help with constructive communication.

As for the implied question, I don't know why there are still such regional language restrictions after the narrowing of the pricing gap in some places. We have gotten a lot of feedback/criticism similar to yours and we have forwarded it as appropriate, but for now the same language options apply for Polish Origin games.

Unfortunately can't make any promises,  I genuinely hope that this will change and I'll happily post about it if & when more languages are made available.

  • I am aware I use and used strong words sometime but you should understand how much frustrated I am. I have waited for BF2 more than a year, I wanted to buy it at the premiere, I barely forgave lootbox and p2w model in this game and at the end EA hit me in my country with illogical language region lock. I can't and I won't understand that. Its stil few weeks to premiere, I hope they will unlock other language for us.

  • I already checked it, not sure if I mentioned it, but this item is only available in UK.

"Note: Currently, this item is available only to customers located in the United Kingdom."

  • Grzesio, I feel the same as you man.

Hey guys, if you could get through to EA with our feedback and something changes that'd allow Polish players to play Battlefront 2 2k17 with English dubbs make sure to let me know through this thread. Anyways, I have to try and ask (although I doubt you know how this stuff goes): do you guys have any idea if the games that run out of Amazon's stock durning pre-order period get ever restocked before the release date? I was really looking forward to a preorder but it has been unavailable for like 2 weeks now I think.
