Why won't teams equalize?

Seriously sitting here with ten players vs six and match wont start? Or half a team leaves mid match and on the second fight it's 20 vs 12? How hard is it to equalize teams so we can get a game going or equalize teams when half a team quits mid match? This is dumb.

    Because there isn't a matchmaking system at least not one that someone would put there hand up and say I made the BF2 Matchmaking system

    At least, it was super improved from the beginning.

    I remember there was a match that 20 vs 1.

    EA/DICE said their aim is not the competitive scene.

    But it is too unfair/unbalance. 🤨

    (Even for the "casual" game.)
