Wont load into online or offline games

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
I want to talk about something you don't mention above:
How accessible is the current experience? Annoying, but OK
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. Loading into games, only thing that works is campaign
How is this making it more difficult? Its making it more difficult by not having a chance to enjot the game and play it
How can we reproduce this experience? Tbh idk

So basically i just installed the game again after a month and its completely updated and everything but once i try to load into any type of game(online or offline) it just infinitely loads and crashes 5 minutes later. Ive opened my nat type, i istalled and reinstalled, but nothing i have tried works. The thing is though my account works on my freinds xbox but not mine. I have no idea whats going on but hopefully someone can help me

    I just had the same problem. This morning I just restarted my xbox and it works.

    So i have the same problem where i cant load into online games or even offline. Im still conected to online and everything but once i trt to load into a game it just infinitely loads and then crahses a few minutes later. Help please, ideas?

    Hi there, @Bonkeyman.

    Let's see if we can get this resolved for you. First, let's see if clearing your alternate MAC address will help. Follow these steps and let me know what happens:

    Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
    Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    So i did try this twice and it didnt work whatsoever but also tge xbox servers are currently not working for a lot of people but it says i was connected so idk. Any other ideas? I really love this game and would love to play it. Thx😀

    So basically when i try it starts to load and then it keeps loading for a little then crashes. Thats about what happens

    Do you happen to have any peripherals plugged into the USB ports? Maybe a steering wheel or Guitar Hero dongle?

    Ill try once i get home then ill let you know, but still its still weird since i can play on my other xbox but its just mine thats not working. And its only affecting battlefront. The other games work just fine
