Won't stay connected to EA servers - Have done various t-shooting, no avail

Is it Error 327? If so, IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT. Trust me, I've been getting booted the hell out of matches, very on edge on refunding as Australian consumer laws dictate that a product not working as intended is illegible for a refund.
