Wrong EA account linked to my Steam account where I bought the game

I'm having the same issues mate trying to link my xbox account to the ea account,  I keep getting it's linked to another email address witch I've never seen in my life

Yep exactly, for me it is linked to an unknown dannish mail, so I just bought a game for someone I dont know basically. And I tried to contact support. I opened 2 chats, when trying to answer to the support questions, they closed the chat. 
I'm lost on how I can get the game I just bought on MY account !!
