Xbox - Attempt to connect to online error code 524.

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Attempt to connect to online error code 524.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? LittleRex2011
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 10/15/2017
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 20:00 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? PST - GMT - 8:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch game with family account on "home xbox". Push down right thumb stick to connect.
What happens when the bug occurs? Message is displayed, Account is not able to play online. Error code : 524
What do you expect to see? I expected to be able to play online.

Primary family member worked online exactly as expected. support had me remove and resetup account on xbox, we had also tried an alternate mac address clear. In addition app was closed and multiple console reboots were performed.

No resolution.

I dont think it was fixed. Im having the same problem now, and my DOB is just fine. I was just playing online earlier today!

We experienced connectivity trouble with the EA servers yesterday which could have been related to your situation.

This error code can indicate there is a limitation to online features which can be a generic error code. If our servers are available and you are still unable to connect after basic connection troubleshooting, please reach our Live-Support team at your earliest convenience so they can pull up your account to investigate.
