Figured it out. Apparently I turned on xbox controller configuration support for Steam which allows your controller to manipulate your mouse cursor in and out of games. I disabled it and it fixed the issue.

8 years agoHey there. Can you give a more complete description of your settings? I tried this on my rig and it didn't work. Also playing SWBF2 with a wired Xbox 360 controller into Steam Link. I've gotten as far as getting the game to launch, but all I can achieve is no controller recognition at all, or it acts like it's standing in for a mouse and keyboard.
