(Xbox) Battlefront 2 Celebration Edition items locked

I loaded up the game tonight and all items in the celebration edition that i did not own previously were locked. The items have been locked every time i close and reopen the game. I have tried uninst...

Thanks for the reply! My brother and I game share and he made the purchase from his account technically. Is that why I can not have access to any of the skins ? Basically all cosmetics and skins are locked but it shows I have the celebration upgrade installed. I’ve reached out to EA and told the best option is for them to call me but then there is no prompt for them to reach out.
