[Xbox One] Constant Crashing

[As of October 29th 2019]

Since the latest update to Star Wars Battlefront II, the game has constantly crashed on my system. I am unaware if anyone else has been experiencing this issue as of yet, but I hope to hear from anyone that is. It appears EA has and is doing nothing to solve this problem which I personally believe is absolutely ridiculous. The crashes have only occurred on the mode "Galactic Assault" which being my favourite game mode means this is highly frustrating. I currently play on the Xbox One and when the crashes occur my game freezes and I am simply booted back into the Xbox home screen, with no warning whatsoever. Please reply if you too are experiencing this issue and if anyone can contact a developer and inform them of this issue it would be much appreciated. Thank You.

PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED [October 30th 2019]
Thankfully after a small update to Star Wars Battlefront II, the issue of crashing during the game mode Galactic Assault [as of my knowledge] has been completely fixed. After replaying the game for a period of approximately 2 hours I sustained no crashing after installing this update. Thank-You EA for addressing this problem, and Thank-You anyone that replied to my initial post.

@MarekJSaunders Update: After attempting to join a Galactic Assault mode I was once again met with a crash after just 5 minutes of playing. On average my game crashes in Galactic Assault every 10-15 minutes. At this point, I am refusing to play Star Wars Battlefront II until this issue is fixed.

I have the same issue. Xbox one S. I’ve contacted ea several times since last update and tried many suggestion including but not limited to ; opening ports, deleting temp files on console, reinstalling game. Issue persists. Just contacted EA again through chat and they said they are aware of issue and currently working on it. If I didn’t enjoy the game since release I would never play it again over this issue. Time will tell.

Last night my party played capital supremacy on kamino for 2 hours. It became extremely tedious because the attackers could make no progress once they reached the capital ship. The battle shifted from space to planet at least 7 times. After 2 hours the server disconnected. The game didn’t crash, we were disconnected from the server and the game ended. All of our progression was lost.
