Xbox One X Bug - Can't quit a game without locking on loading screen since 5/15

I've reported the same thing here. No fix yet, but there have been responses, and the new patch note contains something that could solve this, at the General Changes section at the end - though that one is talking about a black screen, my problem does not result in that.
