Xbox One X crashes and turns off completely when crates are opened

Same with me.  Day one Project Scorpio Xbox One X owner.  This always crashes every time its about to reveal the crate contents.  Maybe they didn't test that part on the Xbox One X and it crashes the system hard.  Every time.  EA will blame the hardware, MS will blame the game.  They need to work together to solve this problem.

I just went into the game OPTIONS and turned off some of the effects and it didn't crash when I got another crate. Will see if it crashes tomorrow morning on the daily crate. Maybe the graphics option values got corrupted and it blew out the shader.

    Ok, so it still seems to crash on a warm boot, but didn't crash after the following cold boot. ☹️

      Warm boot, cold boot. Doesn't matter. Still hard crashing when opening crates!

        This issue just started for me about a week ago. I tried reinstalling the game and installed the latest patch but it still hard crashes the system (Scorpio Xbox One X) right as the crate opens.
