Xbox One X crashes and turns off completely when crates are opened

I just bought the game last week. I have a Scorpio Edition Xbox One X and the loot box crashes are happening for me too. Every time. When it reboots I get a warning saying that the system shut down to protect itself from overheating. I have no problems in any other games.

I get the same message. Oddly enough, when I opened the red trooper crate for the obi wan release there was no problem. As soon as I did the daily credit crate it crashed.
