Be able to play a complete round of supremacy Please select your region North AmericaAMD or Nvidia Model Number ‌Before the BB update i had this problem where the console shut down when playing the mode heroes vs villains every time but not the other modes. After the BB update I was able to play every single mode without my console shutting down, every mode performed &nbsp;perfectly. After the patch i believe it was Feb. 12 Wednesday/2020. i haven't been able to complete a single match of supremacy, it happens during the boarding phase when attacking/defending, it lasts about 5 to 10 minutes and the system crashes. My xbox is placed in a high ventilated area with nothing on top or the sides. I think the patch had to do something with it.Thanks for you time.&nbsp;

Do you crash to Xbox main menu or to the game menu? If Game menu do you get an error message?&nbsp;

@EA_Atic Hello, the xbox itself shuts down. After turning on it says it was due to “poor ventilation” but I've make sure that the console is well ventilated. But this only occurs in the ship phase( and only mode/game this happens to the console). After opening the game again there is no message displayed.

It happens more frequent with General Grievous’ abilities but it has happened with other characters. When I boot my console back up I get a message saying it overheated and to make sure ventilation is clear which I keep my room cool and I keep my Xbox on a cool glass surface with nothing around it and plenty of space to vent.What do you expect to see? BF2 is the only game I have on my Xbox that does this, I have tried moving the Xbox to open an area and that does nothing for the ventilation issues, I will play the game then eventually the Xbox will crash saying it is due to ventilation issues. Like I said above, I even moved the Xbox to an open area and that still did nothing for it. I don't know if the overheating and the ventilation are connected but it does always say ventilation. Also it will crash regardless of whether or not the fan is going or not going, slow or fast.

If anyone happens to know a fix that would be greatly appreciated.
