Xbox SWBF II won’t load Pillio The observatory in campaign mode.

I recently purchased the games for my boys. They can get to the end of the prior mission freeing the Dauntless from the orbital platform, however the video freezes with  the Dauntless backing off and we can’t progress any further. We have reinstalled once, deleted the game save data twice, once with a restart before attempting again. They have now completed up to this point three times in the game with no way of getting past this. I also attempted to manually select the Pillio mission from the options instead of continuing the campaign but this brings me to the load screen that will finally boot us back to the start screen if I wait for it to possibly work. Can you please help? Thanks!
