Either the incompetence or narrow mindedness of the developers (and if you need to ask you are a part of the problem), or the copious amounts of ignorant humans/teammates in GA who quite literally do everything they can to avoid capturing/defending the objective(s).
@Valar81Morghulis This is why I don't even bother with GA. People just stand there and farm points with no intent to capture them.
