I am also having the same issue. I got squadrons through Epic Games.

@CyberSystem96 Would it be possible to get the above information? - 3 years ago
- Persona: ??
- Client: Epic Games
- Region: US
- When did the issue first start?
- As soon as I downloaded the damn game. I can't even get it to work, everyone is running me in circles. Epic Says go to EA, EA said to got to windows, Windows said to go to Epic. Epic said go back to EA. This is crap! Fix the damn games you keep milking us for!
- List any troubleshooting you have tried:
- Uninstalled, reinstalled, ran DirectX trouble shooters, ran Run Time updates, ran windows updates, reinstalled my entire Run Time library, uninstalled and reinstalled my entire EPIC and Origin Applications, reinstalled my entire game library.
Nothing works! This is clearly a programming issue from sloppy code!

- Persona:?
- Client: Launched through Epic Games which launches EA App then attempts to launch Squadrons which fails.
- Region: North America
- When did the issue first start? Upon first launch attempt
- List any troubleshooting you have tried: EA App Repair, Reinstall Epic Launcher, Reinstall Squadrons, EasyAntiCheat Updater, Remove and Reinstall Easy, Run all applications as Admin.

Good morning, I am also having this issue,
- Persona:
Kornpatch?
- Client:
Wont run on Epic or the EA app
- Region:
SA
- When did the issue first start?
Installed the free game from the Epic store.
- List any troubleshooting you have tried, and if possible a DxDiag
I have tried reinstalling Squadrons, and removing and reinstalling VC++. I generated a DxDiag for a technical submission on the 26th that was not replied to.

We have found a solution here. If the OP's solution doesn't work, see my last comment (Nago15):

Hi @Kornpatch when you have a second, can you try the workaround suggested here and let me know if they work for you as well?

Nope. Doesn't fix the problem on my rig.
