All my progress is lost + season pass

Hello i just downloaded the game after a long time again and when u launched it all my progress was gone im lvl 0 and dont even have my season pass.. (i was max lvl and had a season pass 2 before i quit it )
what can i do to fix this ?

  • Now that the season pass is free, I decided to revisit Battlefront. Turns out it was a mistake, because I could barely enter the menus before encountering problems. First of all I cannot connect to the EA servers, and thus cannot access anything. The items I've unlocked, the progress I've made in the game - any online content, really. After a few tries I managed to connect to the EA servers and everything seemed normal, but when I tried unlocking an item, the game froze. I had to Alt-F4 out of it, and when I tried to connect again I found myself facing the same problem as before. I tried starting the game from origin.com, and I got connected to the servers, but for some reason everything is reset. All the unlocks, my level, everything is reset and I'm back at square one. And now when I restart the game and try to connect again, nothing happens like it was at the beginning. What the hell is up with this? 

    I've allowed the game access to the internet through Windows Firewall and I run Origin as administrator, but the problem persists. All the "fixes" I've found on various forum threads do nothing. I've tried verifying the installation, but I get an error when trying to do so (327682:0). I hope there's a solution to this because this is absolutely infuriating.

    Loaded up BF to get a couple of hours play done and found I had lost all progress, like so many others before me.

    If anyone out there can fix this and still reads these comments - please sort.

    Hey guys,

    sorry you're experiencing issues.

    Everything looks good on my side and you should have access to the Premium Pass Content as well. I tried to reproduce it, but my stats show fine even after adding the Season Pass.

    What does it look like in Origin when you click on SWBF in your library and on "Extra Content" - does the season pass show up for you? Would it say "Owned" or "Installed"?

    What you can also do is try to repair the game - also turn off cloud saving in Origin and move the Battlefront settings folder to the desktop and see if that helps if you relaunch the game then.

    This folder can be found in your Documents\Star Wars Battlefront folder.

    Let me know if the issue persists.

    It sorted itself out for some reason.

  • everything is working fine now...  looks like the issue resolved itself

  • Apparently there was an issue with the installation of the game, and I had to clear the Origin cache to be able to repair the game. Now it's working, but I would definitely have appreciated a heads-up in the game that says that not everything that's needed for the game to work is installed. The way I found out about it was when I tried starting a private server and it said that none of the content was installed, which is something that should be stated in the menus or as a message when you start the game.

    Hey @Havsglimt,

    glad to heat that issue was resolved although you had to clear the cache. For future reference you can check in-game if you go into multiplayer. You should be able to click the individual DLC playlists on the bottom of the menu screen. If you can choose them, everything is downloaded and installed.

    As for the stats reset issue, this apparently was a temporary sync issue - there were no new reports coming, only players who confirmed it was resolved for them.
