I have Amazon Prime Gaming. They have a code for Jedi: Fallen Order. I redeemed the code without linking my EA and Amazon accounts. I redeemed the code on Origin. I downloaded the game. When I went to play it, I got an error saying that there is a problem with my games setup. I have tried everything including contacting EA help. Nothing has worked.
Having the same issue.
"There is a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game."
Needless to say, reinstalling did not fix the issue. Repair did not help either. Any suggestions?
DICE TeamHey, can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with STAR WARS™ Jedi: Fallen Order™ and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.
Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
