Are the Star Wars Battlefront (2015) servers down on Xbox?

I have not been able to play SW Battlefront (2015) on my Xbox-Sfor a few weeks now. It keeps saying connecting for hours. Annnnnnnnnnd, can't even play the solo mode until it connects to the EA serve...

EA, in addition, make it make sense:

The game is useless since it needs to connect t play even the solo missions. And yet, it's still being sold in the xbox store!
