I have these constant clicks at least every second or so. It is present on the main menu as well as during playing. The audio seems to be played at correct speed, but samples are not played to the end, thus speech in cut-scenes, such as the tutorial, is cut off. I almost never hear the end of a sentence.
My AMD drivers are up-to-date (Crimson). I am using an external Firewire audio interface (M-Audio Ozonic) that performs perfectly in every game so far. (e.g. Star Citizen, Mad Max, Battlefield 3, Mass Effect 1-3)
