Just downloaded this game on my Xbox, and I have the same problem. Very disappointing. This game has been out for over a year, and it is still unplayable. Immediately uninstalled.
I thought I replied in this thread! Must have been a different one... I resolved this issue. For me this one was acronis true image software that has security built in to prevent ransomware. Check ALL of your security software since I thought it could have been traditional AV conflicting with this and had turned it off without success. Turning off Acronis' security resolved the problem for me. It also helped immensely in other games. So it's not just something related to Jedi Fallen Order (for me). You may have other security software installed that could be scanning files as they are used that are intrusive So start checking your software.
There was another issue that I had with a different game that may have been related to this and it was having Citrix Workspaces installed causing issues.Hope this helps!
