Audio/sound drop out info

I've spoken to EA support over the last 3 days a total of 6 supports 1 tech and their "specialist " and after all that we wen't through all the possible bug fixes that have shown up on this forum and about 20 other forums.

we came to the conclusion that they aren't going to do anything about it, instead Michelle at support said we should all complain to our sound card manufacturer's.

I said but after showing you all my system spec's that I don't use a sound card and all my other games don't have this problem and considering me and about 9000 other people using AMD,NVIDIA and XBOX are all having this issue surely there's something wrong with the game itself, no she says there is nothing that they can do, basically tells me I have to buy a new PC even though my PC is within the required systems specs for the game.

Does this sound to anyone like they plan to fix the issue or just ignore us completely?
