Base Command and Battlefront won't link!?!

Hello Battlefront Team,

I hope you will be able to help me out as I was really looking forward to the game (I snagged the Deluxe Edition and the Season Pass before the release date) and unfortunately I have been having some trouble using all of the advertised features since the title was released 6 months ago.

Why won't my EA Account update my Base Command states or unlock any of the new cards? I've played Battlefront for 6 months now and I have beat a number of the Companion modes but I have reached a point where I cannot progress further without the advanced, more effective cards that are supposed to unlock as I progress through the main game.

How can I get my account to sync up? I've asked previously on the forums and on Facebook but as of yet I have not received any response.

 Thanks for your time.

If you notice in your first screenshot, your active account is set to PC.  This is your Origin Account and since your second screenshot shows you are on Xbone, this is why it is not showing any progress.  Have you linked your Xbox Gamertag with your Origin Account?  If not, then the game has already created an alternate account and linked the Gamertag to it.  To find out what account it is linked to, you will have to contact an EA Game Adviser @ http://help.ea.com

If you have linked them yourself, then you just need to switch your "Active" character to your Xbox character, and all your progress will be there.

I created my ea user when I was prompted to link the gamer tag when I first signed in on the console, during the beta.

I think, it was so long ago.

Alright, if you already linked it, then try this:

    1.  Log into your profile @ http://starwars.ea.com/starwars/battlefront

    2.  Click your name at the top-right of the web page

    3.  Click "Profile Settings" in the menu that pops up

    4.  Click "Change Profile"

    5.  You should see your PC and Xbox Profile there.  Click your Xbox Profile and then it will re-load and should say "Active" under it in yellow

No, still having trouble. The issue is I gave linked my accounts (back during the beta) and since the game launched, I am not unlocking items in base command.

I was prompted ti create an ea account "to save game data and stats" the first time I tried to play battlefront and I used the same outlook email address to create the account that I used for my Xbox account.

Pretty frustrated the game link isn't working.

I have already searched the ea help forums and I haven't gotten a solution yet.

Using the same e-mail does not link them.  The steps to properly link the accounts I will post below.

Here are the steps needed to link your Xbox Live Gamertag (Or PSN ID) to your Origin Account:

    1. Open the Origin Client and click the "Friends" button in the top right corner (If you do not have the Origin Client downloaded, you can do so here)
    2. Click "Add a Friend"
    3. Inside this menu, you will see the option to connect to your Xbox Live Gamer Tag (Or PSN ID)

I followed these steps to link the account bad in October. I think the issue is happening because I linked my accounts so early...

I wish ea offered customer service support over the phone. Oh well. Guess I don't get access to all of the features despite paying full price for everything before release.

Lesson learned - do not buy ea games or subscriptions!
