Battlefront Forum can't reply + Website unfinished?

1. On some Topics I cannot reply or quote, it says 'You are not allowed to do that'. Very confusing....

2. Is the Battlefront website Unfinished? cause when I scroll down sometimes I can't see the reply button as it is hidden behind one of the html body elements. I didn't change the zoom and it has never been a problem on any other site than the Battlefront Website.

    If the issue still persists for you, can you try a different browser or clear your cache? Press Ctrl & f5 to do so.
