@deadmeat735 have you already tried to hard reset your console? To do so, keep your finger pressed on the Xbox One icon on your actual console hardware until the X1 is shutting down. Disconnect the console now from the power source for roughly 30 seconds. Connect your power cord back to the console and boot the system up again. Check if you are now able to launch the game properly.

Of course I did a hard reset on the console. However thanks to Microsoft, NOT EA, the solution to my problem was solved by doing a factory reset. Thanks for nothing EA.

How do you do that, anyway? Do I have to individually delete everything? Is there a button for a factory reset?

Nevermind the confusion... This problem is solved! :D Just restore to factory preferences in the system settings. Also, @deadmeat735 was right, thank Xbox, not EA, and have fun playing battlefront!
