BD-1 holomaps completed but no achievement unlock

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug I have completed the game and every planet has explored checked off, but I haven't unlocked the "A Galaxy Far, Far Away" achievement.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete your holomaps and perhaps it won't unlock, pretty rare
What happens when the bug occurs? No achievement
What do you expect to see? Achievement

    For anyone who has this problem:
    I accidentally solved this: close the game completely (or turn off the console), then use the ship travel to each planet. Don't use the hologram on the ship to check the progress (it shows 100% but incorrect), open the minimap each time (do not use hologram on the ship) when you land on each planet to check your progress, it will show you the true progression

    Wow, thanks a lot buddy. It was exactly that for me as well. Was missing one area on Zeffo although the planetary map on the ship was showing me that I had all planets as Explored! 😁👍👍
