Brother's Bastion secret won't register.

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug Secret(Echo) on Brother's Bastion won't register.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? Echo is gone from the map.
What do you expect to see? Secret completed.

Somewhere along my playthrough i must've picked up this secret and i believe i got the appropriate databank entry. I now went back to Dathomir to complete my 100% run, and Brother's bastion is only missing one secret. I look up where it is, since i couldn't find it, just to realize that it wasn't even there. I've tried restarting game exiting to menu to see if it would show back up, as this has happened to me once before with previous datascans and that worked, to no help. My last resort is this post, and to try leaving Dathomir, and travelling back. Please help if possible, this is essential to get the platinum trophy.

    @AmByOt3 I also have exactly this and more 2 chests are opened there but not counted towards completion and on the map unrecognized. I have the necessary items (poncho etc.) though... Please fix this.

    Exact same issue on my X1X. This blocks me to get the achievement, and it's really annoying.
