Bug in Ilum

Summarize your bug Bug in Ilum where Kal is entering into a ridge and afterwards he falls into the water. After he falls there should be normally a passage to go down to water, but it is blocked by some kind of blocks of ice ?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ilum, Crystal Cave quest where you get the lightsaber, just before you take it, where the ridge is and Kal falls and says to BD-1 to stay where it is.
What happens when the bug occurs? After he falls a block of ice appears and I cant go down
What do you expect to see? A path to swim down
