Can’t Complete Bogano Database

Summarize your bug I finished the story and heading back to planets to 100% them. On the planet Bogano, I am trying to finish the scannable items in the researcher and the creature. As I go to these scannable items, BD-1 WILL NOT scan them. I’ve tried restarting my game and also my system in hopes that he finally hopes off my back and scans them.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don’t know if everyone is facing this problem or it’s just me, but maybe possibly going to each scannable item and finding the radius it’s able to pick up and sense that BD-1 needs to scan it.
What happens when the bug occurs? BD-1 will not hop off my back and will not scan items to go into the databank. Will press the down button, and the R3 analog stick in hopes that he FINNALY does hop off my back and scan it.
What do you expect to see? Hopefully an update that fixes all these bugs. And help me finally 100% Bogano
