Can’t Scan databank Bogano the researcher 13

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug I am not given the option to scan the bagano The Researcher log #13. I’ve been looking for hours only to learn that bd-1 should have stranded next to a faded mural next to the picture of dothmir in the abandoned workshop. I’ve been back and forth countless times but bd never goes to it where I can scan it and it’s holding me up completing the databank and getting my achievements.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the door of the abandoned workshop with the picture of dothmir on the left and the faded mural on the right.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens that’s why it’s considered a bug
What do you expect to see? Bd should offer to scan

Any assistance is appreciated on how to resolve this without having to reset my already beaten game.

    I would like to add, that the same issue occurs on the PC. I completed everything and the Loading-Screen also says I already have 100%. But this last BD-Log is impossible to activate. That's why the attached achievement (Collect all BD-Logs) is impossible to obtain. I think the game wants you to scan this while scanning for Dathomir on the other side, but if you go to it later you can no longer do this.

    I am trying to 100% percent complete this game. It is still an issue can we please get a worker to help. I am playing on PC

    I am playing on pc and I am basically having the same issue, but slightly different. For me BD-1 never scans the faded art that discovers dathomir after leaving the temple for the first time. Since the art is never scanned, the mantis never opens and I get stuck on bogano with no way out. This has happened 4 times now and I don't know what to do.
