Cannot progress

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug During the “seek the eye of the storm” On Zeffo. When you are on the last piston trying to wall run in order to grab the top of the slowed down piston to progress to the ledge. I cannot grab the piston. After close to a hundred attempts using various techniques (either sprinting/ not sprinting or holding the climb button/ not or at the top of the jump arc/ halfway) the end of the piston seems to bug out and cannot be climbed onto and I fall to the ground every time and cannot progress any further.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m hoping several other people have had this problem as when I resorted to looking at walkthroughs as I inevitably thought I was doing something wrong. I watched others that had done exactly as I had, yet climbed onto the piston without any trouble. So I am not sure and I hope it’s something you are already aware of
What happens when the bug occurs? A very brief localised black flash appears at the end of the piston at the point when and where I believe the character should be grabbing the ledge.
What do you expect to see? No flash and the character climbing onto the piston to progress as normal

    @TommyH091161 Has there been any progress made here / have you gotten past it? If so, how? I’m having this exact issue right now and it’s completely stopping my progress

    I certainly could be wrong but there were a few moments during quests when I was truly befuddled at how to move on.  The Youtube vids for that mission should show how its done exactly.  All I can say is sometimes the combination of push/pull + then slow are needed together.  Typically when jumping over pistons, the slow spell and good timing are all that's needed (slowin the pistons at the perfect moment to allow an opening to jump through).

    I'd check out the vids and see if there's something you can do differently, if it was a bug I imagine many more would be stuck there.  Good luck jedi!
