Can't adjust sensitivity for controller on the PC

@CheetoFiend69 I've saw this problem immediately and noticed the only way to make it work is have a third software mechanic for your left hand...like the azeron keyboard or other mini keyboards with the anolog stick on it ...that way you'll never have to deal with this problem
