Can't get final Achievement- A New Hope due to Researcher 13 scan glitch

Summarize your bug I've got every Achievement except the hidden one but the last achievement ( I think it's called "A New Hope") doesn't unlock even though i completed every other achievement on the game. The only thing left me to do is to scan the Researcher number 13 on Bogano planet but it doesn't work for me even though the game still gave me the achievement for scanning everything. So can you please tell me what to do in order to complete the game 100%? Thanks.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you wouldn't scan the Researcher number 13 on the first time you see it (the first mission on Bogano) so you wouldn't bee able to scan it at all!
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't scan the Researcher nubmer 13 wich means you can't complete all of the scans so you can't complete the game 100% until Respawn or EA will fix the glitch.
What do you expect to see? PLEASE fix the glitch that can't let you scan the Researcher number 13 because the glitch happens to a lot of people that want to finish the game 100% or just can it in general!
