Cant map VKB rudder pedals - Not Recognised

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. Can't map my VKB rudder MK 4 pedals. They dont appear in the flight stick devices list. My thrustmaster warthog hotas joystick and throttle both appear. Also, for some odd reason button 13 on my joystick is not recognized by the game (but it works in other games and in windows). The throttle appears fine in windows game devices and it works in other sim games.

What happens when the bug occurs? Cant map my pedals, had to use joystick for rudder, lame!
What do you expect to see? i expect my pedals to appear as a flight device #3 and to be able to map them to the roll right/left controls
