What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. After the captured Star Destroyer destroys the three Fleet Carriers the game crahses to desktop.

See title and description. It also seems to crash a lot when I play on Yavin in any other game mode. Maybe it's map related.
There is another work-around. Did a little research. The crash happens also in MP missions on Yavin. To solve it you have to decrease volumetric details (VR) in the graphic settings.
No more crashes so far.
This worked for me on story, as well. Repeated crashes before the end cinematic when the star destroyer knocks out the three ships that warp in. Solved as soon as I reduced the volumetric down to medium prior to the scene. Annoying, but super helpful that the devs save frequently in the mission.
