I have the Xbox Series X, can I play with friends who are on Xbox One and PS4?
Squadrons allows crossplay on all devices it's installed on, as everyone involved has Crossplay enabled in the game options (which is the default setting).
That said, a Xbox Series X/S should be able to play with a Xbox One player even without Crossplay enabled (as it's the Xbox Live Platform), the same should be true for PS5 and PS4 (Playstation Network Platform).

As far as the game is concerned, you're playing on "Xbox" rather than your particular specific generation or model variant, so it won't have an impact on cross-play.
