Databank bug

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug Several of my databank scans that I've done doesn't show up. It's on Bogano and for example the forth scan in Flora and Fauna. I have scanned it but when I look in the databank it doesn't show up. And I can't do it all over since I've already scanned it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you try to scan it and it doesn't register then you've found it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, except that the scanned object haven't registered.
What do you expect to see? A patch or some solution from you guys so that I can get my 100% completion of the game.
