Didnt get the "Completed game" achievement - All Platforms

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I have completed several achievements but they are not unlocking for me. These include: - Completed the campaign on Story difficulty - Earned all story medals on any difficulty - Won a Fleet Battles vs AI match with both capital ships and flagship intact The campaign has also lost all of my medals between level 1 and 6. And I did not get credit for completing the challenge ‘Win a Fleet battle Vs AI’
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. When completing the campaign and multiplayer

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I completed the story campaign start to finish including both prologues on Veteran mode but didnt get the the galaxy's finest (veteran) achievement.

As above, not getting the galaxy's finest (veteran) achievement on XBOX One upon completing the full story on veteran.

  Same here. Xbox One S. Finished the campaign in Pilot. The game gave me the cosmetics, didn't gave me the achievements.

I completed the story and never got any on the completion acheivments .

I completed the campaign on Pilot Mode and I did not get awarded.

  I have this problem too. I'm on PC and have also completed the story on Pilot level today, got the skin rewards, but every medal for mission completion from 10 down is missing for some reason. I don't understand the reason for this, but maybe this is why it wont reward the Achievement ' The Galaxy's Finest (Pilot)'?

    Missing medals shouldn't be the reason why we weren't awarded the achievements if we completed the campaign. If that's the case, then they should change the description of the achievement because it would be misleading. You completed all the tasks for the missions and you still weren't awarded those medals? This game is needs fixing and whoever tested this out should've not said this game was ready.

Same here I just completed the story on Ace difficulty and did not receive any achievements for it! Must be a bug!

    @Straatford87I was able to get my achievements. Missions 1 and 2 were the only missions that I didn't have medals for. I reran them on Ace and the achievements popped.
    I'm fairly certain those were the only missions I did while I had the 918 error, so it may correlate.
