Wait until November 18, 2015 at 5PM. That is when it unlocks for your region.

The fix doesn't appear to be a quick one, and might take as long as this would take to unlock "naturally"

The funny thing is, my brother who lives in North Kansas City and also has google fiber, has had no problem playing. Gotta say I'm pretty bummed. I even rearranged my schedule to get some quality gaming time in with my friends. Is there some sort of compensation we can receive?
