Doesn't release until November 18 @ 5PM? HUH?

I've got the game downloaded and ready to go, but it says the game doesn't release until November 18, 2015 at 5PM. Any solutions?

Wait until November 18, 2015 at 5PM. That is when it unlocks for your region.

I live in Oklahoma and am also having this problem. Can we please receive some guidance?

The fix is apparently to sit and wait until November 18th because EA doesn't understand their own program enough to fix a problem. I'm not sure if I trust EA software now to enjoy the game even when we can play it.

My only compensation has been two 15% off coupon codes, as if I trust any EA software enough to buy it now even at a discount.

Then can i ask how do i get a refund? Since im not getting what i paid for i refuse for them to have my money.

EA can we please get someone to reply to us?
We spent good money, to play on this day and we cant cause something on your end.
We would like for someone to say something to address our issues please.

Reformatted my computer thinking it was an issue on my end, i have the most current origin software from the website.
