Dothamir Borther's Bastion chests and secrets glitch

This also happened to me but on PS4. I did basically the same thing as you since i wanted to get the double sided light saber earlier than the story would allow. I'm in the same boat where i don't have time to replay a game just because i am missing one chest on Dathomir that i've already opened.
