Hey @TheLostWomprat,
All of the emails you get from us will only be sent to the email address that's been linked to your account, and won't be sent to any other email address. What seems more likely to me is that you made a second account with your second email address (the one without +ea at the end) which is why you're being sent emails.
If you decide that you don't want this second account (which I'm assuming you don't), we have steps on how to delete your EA account here.

so before the 9th yes all emails I got from your self's where from the +ea since then and I can confirm this with evidence I have now been getting them without the +ea, the emails are coming from the email

If you don't want to sort that this is fine end of the day this is a GDPR breach by your self's which one of your community managers has also completely ignored. I have also been advised to now screen shot all reply's as you are aware you have broken the law and are not doing anything about it as a company. If you want this resolved I would advised to private massage to get this sorted as you will need personal information I'm not going to provide on a message board to wort out.
I repeat there is no second account and now all of a sudden all emails are coming without +ea where as before the 9th they cam with +ea

Again, the only way this can happen is if there's a second account with that other email address. Have you tried reaching out to our live support team about this? You can reach out to them via the article I've already shared, or you can follow the steps here to reach out to one of our advisors. It's entirely possible that you made a second account by accident; I've seen it happen plenty of times. They can help clear this up very quickly.

clearly you cant read i have tried and would not let me go to live support you saying this cant happen is a joke, I will inform the correct people regarding this and let them deal with you have had that you did this from the 9th, I will bve reaching out to a few people i know well and passing them the evidence of this, honestly your company is worse than sony and you have clearly seen what happens when thibng like this come out that you are trying to hide!!! your system is at fault no second account i have reconfirmed so ether your person that sent the email has made one i dont know about or your breaking the law which is it
